Show me another »When your sim grows into a young adult, does s/he keep their sim clothing or change into young adult clothing?
When I had my teen turn into a young adult she kept her teen clothes. Does this happen all the time?

no..actually they usually get new clothing....either thats a cliche in ur game or a concidence....you can always go to the store by taxi or car and but new clothing and change ur clothes at home with a dresser
