After just posting a question on here a few minutes ago, I need some advice about what is wrong with my husband. We have been married for 4 months. We haven't had sex in 3. He claims that his blood pressure medicine is the reason he doesn't want to, but from what I know from my last question, the medicine only affects less than 1% of people taking it, so that isn't the problem. I confronted him about this, and he says that it must be something else because he WANTS to, but just can't get excited. I know for sure he isn't cheating. I am very observant, and he doesn't act any different. He stays at home all day, and my neighbors have not seen any visitors while he is home (he works at home while I work out of the home). He doesn't get any strange phone calls or emails or anything like that. Besides, we just moved to a new city, and he doesn't know anyone here. Anyway....he always has a reason not to have sex. His medicine won't let him, his back hurts, he aches, he's tired.... I've tried lingerie, toys, baths, and even not talking to him about sex for 1.5 months, hoping he would approach me. I haven't gained any weight since we've been married (in fact I've lost weight since we met!). We have no kids (and I'm taking birth control to keep it that way). I'm not unattractive. He would rather sleep on the couch than go to bed with me. When we do go to bed, he doesn't like for me to sleep naked. I am 22 and he is 44, and I have never been more in love with someone in my entire life. He is my best friend. The only thing is that I can't figure out why he won't be intimate. Ideas? Assuming he is within the 1%, that doesn't explain why he won't even be intimate with me, or why he won't try to satisfy me...3 months is a very long time without any sign of intimacy in a new marriage.
