Boxer Briefs - Different Styles To Suit Different Tastes.

Boxer briefs seem almost heaven sent to men who are desperate for comfort in their private regions.

Though the billowy boxers looked dignified and modest, they lost out on tighter briefs and had made a graceful exit towards the sidelines of underwear fashion and remained their all through the seventies and eighties.

But the nagging question of private comfort plagued the male world all through. Some considered briefs to be too restrictive while others considered boxers as too loose. But one thing was true. All of them pined for something which would have the best of both the worlds. As if God heard the silent prayers of the suffering males!

In the early part of 1990s boxer briefs made their appearance in the market and were touted as a brand new design in men s underwear. Boxer briefs with their tight fittings and ribbed cuffs addressed this problem beyond all reasonable doubts.

The user friendly Y-front of the boxers were also a welcome relief from the slit of a fly in traditional boxers which often caused unwanted pop out of the genitalia without any notice. Some boxers tried to rectify this shortcoming by putting in a fly button. But buttons are the last thong one would want to negotiate when in urgent need of urination!

Calvin Klein boxer briefs are superbly cut and they are my personal choice. Once I had purchased a pair of boxer briefs made by 2(x)ist but their ostentatious design around the genitalia did not suit my taste.

Some people prefer trunks which have most of the benefits of a boxer brief, except one vital shortcoming. They have no fly opening at all and it requires a surgeon s precision to urinate in a public urinal with your trunks on!

Some people are these days are going gaga over going commando. But I find it not only unhygienic but also an invitation to potential injury.
